Terms of Service
✦ The turn around time for Live2D commissions is within 6 months depending on the type. You must mention any deadline upfront or else it may not be met. I do not accept work for complete models with a deadline less than 8 weeks.✦ Payment for every service on this document is due half upfront as a deposit & half upon completion before I start working or send any relevant files, screenshots, etc. Alternative payment plans can be discussed.✦ Payment (USD) accepted via Paypal Invoicing.✦ Full refunds are not provided after I start working on the commission.✦If you are ordering any kind of model artwork, you must have a character design already established! Either a design sheet or illustration(s) showing the entire front of their design would be accepted. If you do not have an established design (collections of multiple images or moodboards do not count as an established design), you will be charged for character design service.✦ You can request revisions to the work until you are satisfied with the result, to a reasonable extent.✦ I will not replicate or copy another artist’s artwork, art style or character for a commission.✦ You must visibly credit me as a creator of your model in graphics, social media descriptions, etc.✦ Commissions that have been paid in full upfront will be prioritized over those that have not been fully paid.✦ I send progress updates on commissions as soon as I am able to, please understand that I am a part-time illustrator.
